The problems Kanbei solves

Replace your membership spreadsheet

One searchable list of players with contact details, tags (captain, U18, coach), and custom fields — instead of hunting for the latest version of a shared spreadsheet.

Match RSVPs without a group chat

Create a match event, share the RSVP link, and see who is coming — without chasing replies in a group chat. Players reply in one tap, no account needed.

Track attendance across the season

Tick off who showed up at training or matches. See attendance patterns over time, by squad or by player.

What you get

Player directory

Names, positions, emergency contacts, custom fields, and tags — all searchable.

Squads and teams

Organize players into squads, age groups, or divisions — with coaches and captains.

Match and training RSVPs

Create events with reply links. Players respond going, maybe, or not going — no account needed.

Scheduling board

Assign roles and jobs for match day. Move tasks from unassigned to done.

Attendance tracking

One-tap attendance at training and matches. See who shows up consistently.

Announcements

Pin important news — schedule changes, kit requirements, ground closures — where everyone can see it.
